日本一柳健教授、加拿大杨先一教授学术报告会

第一位报人:一柳健,日本东京工科大学名誉教授、菊池制作所副经理、制造机电研究所所长

报告题目:校企合作共创新产业

内容简介:校企合作研究不仅促进了大学科研成果的实际应用,提高了企业的竞争能力,而且对推动经济的发展也起着积极作用。日本政府对校企合作研究模式非常重视,也从政府的角度提供各种支持和帮助。但由于大学和企业在经营和研究等方式上的区别,在研究费用的使用、研究分担和实施、保密、成果的归属等方面存在一些问题,使得很多很有希望的校企合作没能获得双方期待的结果。本人在菊池制作所主管研究开发、校企合作和开创新产业期间,亲自组织了医疗护理机器人、飞行机器人、防灾机器人等多项校企合作项目。通过其中的几个项目,与各位分享校企合作研究的经验。

作者简历:1955年毕业于名古屋大学机械工程专业,1981年获名古屋大学博士学位。先后就职于日立制作所的日立研究所和机械研究所以及日立建机的技术研究所。1996年任东京工科大学工学部机械控制系教授。2005年组建菊池制作所制造机电研究所任所长,2014年任菊池制作所副经理,主管研究开发、校企合作和开创新产业。他是一位在油压控制领域有名的专家学者,是日本最活跃的校企研究领军人物之一。先后开发了轧机油压设备HYROP-F、油压地震模拟器,组织与美国、欧洲、中国和韩国的许多企业与大学合作进行电子挖掘机的开发,将并联机器人应用于机械制造,获得了日本科技和产业界的广泛关注。先后主持承担数十项日本文部科学省项目、日本经济产业省战略技术开发项目和校企合作研究项目。第一届中日信息技术和控制应用研讨会 (ITCA2001)的日方主席。获日本液压动力系统学会技术奖、日本机械学会奖和关东发明协会奖等。兼任吉林大学客座教授、东京工业大学非常勤讲师、中国油压工业会顾问。

第二位报人:杨先一,加拿大Guelph大学教授

报告题目:Intelligent Sensing, Navigation and Cooperation of Multi-Robotic Systems

内容简介:Studies of intelligent computation have made significant progress in theoretical development and practical applications to various engineering systems. In this talk, several practical applications in real-time collision-free sensing, path planning, tracking, control, coordination and cooperation of multiple robotic systems will be presented, such as a novel self-organizing map based approach for multiple autonomous mobile robots and underwater vehicles in dynamic environments, a bio-inspired neural network for real-time cooperative hunting by multi-robots in unknown environments; a fuzzy-logic based chaos GA for cooperative foraging of multi-robots in unknown environments, and a novel potential field-based PSO approach to multi-robot cooperation for target searching and foraging in completely unknown environments.

作者简历:Prof. Yang received the B.Sc. degree in engineering physics from Beijing University, China, in 1987, the first of his two M.Sc.  degrees in biophysics from Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 1990, the second M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Houston, USA, in 1996, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada, in 1999. He joined the University of Guelph in Canada in August 1999. Currently he is a Professor and the Head of the Advanced Robotics and Intelligent Systems (ARIS) Laboratory at the University of Guelph. Prof. Yang’s research expertise is in the area of intelligent systems, robotics, sensors and signal processing, multi-sensor fusion, wireless sensor networks, intelligent control, and computational neuroscience. Prof. Yang serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence and International Journal of Complex Systems – Computing, Sensing and Control, and an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics and several other journals. He has involved in the organization of many conferences. He is the General Chair of the 2011 IEEE International Conference on Logistics and Automation.
